Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?
When you book a private Bourbon tour with Bourbon Excursions, we’ll come to you! Our tour guides are happy to pick up your group from your hotel or Airbnb. Please contact us to discuss any arrangements. For Public Bourbon Tours, we’ll meet at The Galt House Hotel, which is centrally located in downtown Louisville.
What is the difference between public and private tours?
Private Bourbon tours are for you and your guests only! With Bourbon Excursions, you can choose from Custom, Pre-Packaged, or VIP private tours. Our Public Bourbon Tours are open to the public and can be booked as long as seats are available. The itinerary for Public Bourbon Tours is pre-set, but we guarantee you’ll have an amazing time!
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is whatever you want it to be! However, we do recommend closed toe shoes, as some distilleries may require them.
Is lunch included in the tour prices?
All of our Bourbon tours will make a stop for lunch, but this is not included in the price of the ticket. However, we do welcome snacks and drinks aboard our vehicles.
How many people can I have in my group?
Our Pre-Packaged Bourbon Tours are priced for groups of 6 or more. However, we’re happy to accommodate smaller groups. Our Custom Tours are personalized to you! You tell us how many guests you want in your group, and our knowledgeable guides will help you find the perfect solution.
Do you offer military discounts?
As a veteran-owned small business, Bourbon Excursions is proud to support active duty, retired, and military veterans. We offer a 10% discount to all service members and would be honored to be your first choice for your next military reunion or group outing. Contact us to learn more.
